On 14 july 2013(between 12 to 3 am) balance from my number was deducted for calling on 08102949543 which is a reliance gsm number from bihar circle.I had a night calling pack active which gives unlimited talktime for calling any reliance STD number between 11 pm to 6 am. Before this several time balance from my number has been deducted and when i tried to write complaint against it each time RELIANCE executive told me that they wont write the complaint as their server is down..This has been their reply for more than 10 times and they have never written my complaint once. They never sent me a SMS for false billing but they send a message everytime for correct billing. Several other times they tried to manipulate me for different complaints that your money has been deducted for some reason which changed each time a different executive talked with me. In same night within minutes when i called some people told me server is down and some gave me false information.If server is down how can they give information at all. Reliance have deducted hundreds of my balance for no reason and each time when i complained they didnot provide any reason. I do not know the exact figures but i am assured its a lot.

I want a minimum of Rs.1000 as a compensation for the consequences i bore.Without this i wont take my complaint back.Also if any kind of deactivation of my no. or harrasment to me would be done i will report to higher authorities and file a criminal case against reliance GSM.
