On 16 jan 14 at 9-9:30 PM,i recharged amount 55/-.on next day when checked My balance, it was deducted without any usage.now my balance is .10 paise. Customer care not resolving and even not registering complaint. Always quoting service link not available . you can check call details on 16 & 17 jan 14 with Rel. CC / online CC regarding this issue.
Should be show-caused for proper resolve of issue. My amount should be reimbursed. All network customer cares should be issued a notice for registering a complaint whenever a customer raising a alarm irrespective of nature of complaint. Also my social network service period should be extended for the period which i am not able to use due to service provider mistake. Service provider should be warned for not to repeat same with any customer.
