For my Reliance mobile bearing no 9333767xxx, caller tune services has been activated without my prior concern. i have complained customer care on – 198 for several times. on 18/12/2014 i called three times as i never wish to have a caller tune, to stop the service. i was informed that no more deduction will be made from my balance. still they have activated the service and deducted my balance. when contacted i was told that my balance cant not be returned back and customer care supported disconnected the call.

i want the company to refund all my money they have deducted in the name of caller tune services. and a compensation for the problem and troubles they created for my mother.
