Paid Rupees 1350 on February 17, 2014 for a broadband connection I was told the connection would be installed the next day A sales executive named Satish Kumar took my details and cash and gave me a receipt for the same. After that he stopped picking up my calls. I called him up to 50 times a day for a week with no response. I called him from another number and he told me that he can’t install it. After that I waited till March 1st before calling the customer care. They told me that they’ve lodged my complaint and would take action. After that I called customer care 3 times everyday for the next 5 days and every time they responded that they had escalated my complaint to their IVR and that I’ll be contacted, but I got no response. After that I contacted their Appellate Office for days, they said that they’ve e-mailed the local authority and that they’ll contact me but its been days and I haven’t been contacted
An apology from the rude and irresponsible sales executive Mr.Satish Kumar. A broadband connection at the earliest or my money refunded as soon as possible. To be reimbursed with Rupees 100 that I spent calling the executive and the appellate authority of Reliance Communications (optional)
