I am using Reliance from long days, but from last 6 months I am facing many problems. From these problems this is a major problem I am facing of deduction of amount on account of unused services. my usage of mobile is high so I used to recharge nearly daily. but in between my balance is been deducted and when I ask customer care on 198 the executives says that you used internet on 11.50 pm or any other time. when I am not using internet on my mobile why they should deduct our amount.

my moto is not only geting my deducted amount but further no hidden deduction must take place. Not only me but lot of reliance users might be having such problems. This system should be improved
