My mobile no. is 9555921xxx and my service provider is Reliance. My complaint is against the deduct of amount from my phone for activation of those VAS service which i have not opted or subscribed. they have been continually deducting amount from my phone for two months. when i approach to the customer care executive, they firstly appologise for it and refund the amount which is deducted. but after two or three day or on the same day they deduct amount for another service. On 12 March, 2014 they deduct 15 rupees from my account which they refuse to refund it. I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

i want them to refund my amount they have deduct for no reason, And also want that in future no such services should be activated on my no. so that i will not suffer to such problem.
