They deducted previously and even refunded 35(which has though less then the actual deduction),they yesterday deducted 10 rs and i am not here to just call customer care.Before that also they deducted my net balance and are not ready to provide me the details regarding anything.I told them to call me back they dint.How can this be rectified they have no justification regarding any deduction. I am in Mumbai and this is my local number from Mumbai only.Because of this last deduction of 10 rs my net is also not working which has a validity of only 3 days.Besides that they deducted my amount previously also for which they refused to provide me details.I request you to please get my balance details and also penalise them hard so that they don’t do such wrong deduction because we are not so idle to check our balances in mobile every now and then.If we don’t check our balances on regular basis we wont even come to know that our balance is deducted.And besides that there is lot of pain in talking to customer Care Executives.We dont have time to talk on such issues for hours and waste our time and energy.And how is it possible that they deduct our balances like this.This is a part of there pre planned stratergy. I request you to penalise them hardly and give all my account details.
ALREADY Mentioned above.Besides that i want my balance which is deducted to be reimbursed and a very heavy penalty on them because of the inconvinience caused to me and due to loss of my time and energy.
