Reliance Tele – False Information on Website

Earlier also i have logged complaint: 58361/4/2013 but not response till now and it’s status is showing resolved. Below is complaint text: On 4th Feb and later in Feb and March I have done SMS pack recharge on my number 7827223292 for Rs 18. As per information showed on Reliance website it’s showing 50SMS/day. Whereas recharge is done of 180 free SMS in 30 days. I usually do my recharge for this link which is being redirected from company’s website i.e. (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/home/index.html) on clicking instant recharge for prepaid: http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do I have contacted customer care several times and then also no resolution not even when I mailed them on their customer feedback mail id for resolution with screen shot of that page and got reply : Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care. This is with reference to you email received at My Services regarding “Recharge Related Issue”. We apologize for the difficulty faced by you. Your email has been forwarded to the Reliance GSM department and you will get the appropriate response shortly. In future if you have any queries or complaints related to Reliance GSM services, we request you to write to “customercare@relianceada.com”. However, any issues related to My Services portal, you can always write to us on “myservices@relianceada.com” and we will be happy to assist you. As per Rules and Regulation, I want refund for harassment and amount of recharged.
