Reliance Tele – Faulty Deduction customer care themselves are confused

Respected Sir I made a E-recharge of Rs29 for Data pack on 27Dec,2013,But it was till now showing that I have Zero Mb in my 2g account balance. I also activated watssapp plan for Rs 16 on my Mobile No on 25 Dec,2013.But I am unable to use it on my Iphone . When I made a recharge of rs 10 on My no 28dec2013.The amount was deducted from main balance for using watsaop. I tried contacting the customer care so many times ,But they themselves are confused what iss wrong in their plan. Please refund me the amount along with the penalty on the reliance gsm

I want suitable monetary compensation .Along with the activation of the packs from the new dates
