Reliance Tele – Internet issue no service from customer care

Hi, As I have already lodged a complaint at least 10 times before for my account and b\net balance being lapsed, I have been refunded but not my account balance. Last month also same thing happened as the entire 123 I spent for 3G recharge was wasted without me being able to use it.; This month also I was able to use my net for only 6 days when my net pack expires in another 2 days. Either refund my entire Rs99 spent on recharge or refund my unused net balance(not more than 100 MBs used out of 1GB) and extend its validity for 15 further days. Also make sure this time net balance and account balance is not lapsed overnight

Either refund or net balance refund along with validity extension
