Reliance Tele – Many things including billing, plan activation, cheating

My name is Lieutenant Commander Sreenath SC and I work with the Indian Navy.I have a reliance mobile post paid connection for number 09388071xxx. My plan in the month of Apr 14 was FV 399. Along with this, I had certain add on plans like, miss call alert , 1 Gb internet usage(for Rs.99/- per month) etc. My billing cycle starts from 11th of every month. This complaint is regarding change non compliace of my request to change my existing plan of FV 399 to 1299 unlimited despite repeated reminders and associated issues. The sequence of events is as follows:- (a) On 05 May 14, I visited Reliance Webworld in MG Road, Ernakulam and raised a request to change my plan to 1299 unlimited. I also requested the staff to terminate all existing plans including the data pack and value added packs. The person who attended me raised a complain and assured me that all my plans will be deactivated by 10 May 14 by 2559 hrs and the new plan of 1299 unlimited will be commenced from 11 May 14. (Compaliant number 220137544). However, I was not received any SMSregarding the registration of my complaint or resolution of the same. (b) I waited for 3 days for confirmation of my request. In the interim, I have been trying to contact reliance customer care also through numbers 198 and *333.I have called them at least 6 times during these days that too during various time of day and night. Every time I call, I was made to hold for 30 mins without no executive attending. They kept on telling me that once constomer service executive will attend my call in another firve minutes. This response remained the same irrespective of the time I called them whether it is 0500 hrs in the morning or 2300 hrs night. (c) As I was not getting any confirmation, I visited the same webworld and approached the same staff on 09 May 14. He replied me that everything will come into effect as promised by 11 May 14. However I reaised one complaint for my failure to connect the customer care. (d) On 11 May 14, I have started using my internet connection and other facilities. However, no confirmation regarding my plan change was not recieved till then. On the same day eveninig I received a miss call alert which was supposed to deactivated by then. This raised my suspicion regarding the change of plan. (e) I traied calling the customer care by various means though the numbers available on the net. But off no use at all. The numbers I tried contacted were 9018090xxx, 04843033xxx,04843033xxx,198,*222,*xxx.. All these numbers responded the same way as my previous experience with no body attending to it. But I got two SMSfrom reliance saying that I have spoken to Mr Henson and Mrs Reshama on two occasions and they would like to know my experince based on the conversation.. This statement of Reliance is a LIE that I spoke to someone. However, I participated in their questionnair session and gave all negative replies hoping that they will actually call me after seeing those replies. But it is of no use (f

(b) waiver of all bills generated due to usage of internet from 11 May 14 view it was used under the assuption that the new plan was activated (c) compensation of Rs 5000/- which I paid towards internet, STD and ISD calls from 11 May 14 onwards while in hospital
