Reliance Tele – Network, Billing and customer Support issues

1.No network in reliance data card, but they charged monthly rental every month. 2. Couldn’t reach support to clarify the issues as we need to wait nearly 1 hour to reach customer support. so i had detailed the issues in email and requested for termination, but they haven’t address the context properly. When i checked with customer support after being waited an 1 1/2 hour, they said email support will not take termination. Then i logged termination request over the call and they asked me to pay 2044 as bill amount for 2 monthly rental even then i haven’t used since there was no network.

I kindly request you to take action on the following items. 1. Customer support should be proper. 2. They should clearly stated in website what are the support would be given in email and call.3. Most important network in the areas where they marketing the products. 4. I want the waiver on my bills which i had monthly rental for which i haven’t used because fo no network availability.
