I was using 8010788xxx to access internet.I was recharging the same for 3g data balance post Aug 2013,after speaking to Customer service.However,I found speed to be dismal.I brought to the notice of reliance team during Jan 2014. # The customer service team gave false information about 3G services availibility # The technical team did troubleshooting incorrectly without investigating the circle drama. # Reliance expects me read your entire website to know about circle limitation, when your technical team don’t have the skills to identify. # I endlessly follow-up with you people to get a SMART SLAP from an immensely competent person named Pranab #They gave insulting benefit of Rs 156 gesture ,which was on use to me. Becoz,I wanted to cancel the number & seek refund for past 3 months. I have writing to them Starting Jan 2014.They have not yet done anything accept replying with same irrelevant benefit.
