My concern regarding the speed issue has not at all been resolved and stop taking this issue in a casual and reckless attitude. Yesterday, I received just a welcome call and when I had told your executive that I am still experiencing dead slow speed issue with my dongle, he had just asked me the OS and laptop make and model and I had been reassured that he will be forwarding my concern to the concerned department and my issue will be resolved within three days and now you are sending a baseless email stating that my concern had been attended to and resolved. How could you advance in such an irresponsible attitude and gesture towards your customers who is still facing problems because of your irresponsible and pathetic service concerns ? I am experiencing speed which are less than even 140 kbps even before the exhaustion of my limit of 5 GB at 3.1 Mbps. I was just having a feeling that as if I am travelling on a bullock cart when I am browsing with your world renowned Reliance Communications services. Is this the best you can do ? Don’t feel me regretted that I had taken an extremely wrong decision by joining in a relationship with an esteemed organisation like Reliance Communications. While taking the connection I had been assured by your representative that I will never face any sort of speed issues and your service is covered in maximum places all over India, blah, blah, blah ………… Now what do I see ? Kindly resolve my issue of speed immediately to avoid further inconvenience and also avoid a breach in your esteemeed in your customer service policy / ethics / code /or whatever it might be and also please stop harassing by providing me poor customer service / technical / commercial service and also by delaying the resolution of my concerns which may be beneficial to you in a commercial manner. Aslo the data card / USB dongle provided to me is getting overheated when using just for a matter of even say 15 – 30 minutes. Also I had been lodging my requests with the president services regarding the poor quality of service they had provided but there is no satisfactory reply from them, There is a standard pre recorded / saved auto reply from them “your request is forwarded to concerned team and will be resolved in three days” and after three days i will receive a standard pre recorded message stating that your complaint is resolved. Sometimes they say the area in which you are living is a poor coverage area as if it is my mistake staying in that area. If it is so then they would not have charged so much money from me for such poor quality service. Sometimes they will say the systems are under main
