Sir, I reacharged Rs156.00 data pack on my reliance no 8287792xxx on 25/12/2013 but at the time of recharge message comes, your request will be proccessed shortly but recharge not successful. i called so mant times customer care but always there reply server busy call later. I complain to the reliance on mail. After receiving this mail i contacted many times to there customer cell but not able to talk to there representative, today i also called but there representative willingly disconnect the call. As per mail from Reliance the recharge was successful, but the 3G net balance benefit not credited in my phone no- 8287792367. I not satisfied by the reply of the reliance kindly do needful. Regards

kindly, recharge the above amount and confirm me about the same and some penalty should me imposed on the service provider as my valuable time spent on these follow ups and calling the customer care.
