I had recharged my wife’s reliance gsm mobile number with Rs 120 Talk time and Rs 97 for data on 07-Jan-13. Above amount had been deducted from my hdfcbank account through netbanking. When I complained about this issue to Rcom customer care they said they are not able to see last transactions on their system and refused to take any complaint . Please look into this issue.

We want the apology from the Reliance Info com in written along with return of our claimed money. I want reliance info comm should be penalized for such a irresponsible behaviour.
