Reliance Tele – Refused to refund deducted technical fault at company’s end

Mobile Number : 8000302101 Unnecessary balance was deducted from my reliance gsm connection. When I talked to the customer care executive, he told that its company’s fault that its deducting data charges despite of an active net pack. He told that balance which was cut in last 3 days will be refunded but the amount which was deducted before 3 days will not be refunded. On this I asked hi to give me this justification in written on an email to which he refused. Then I asked him to transfer my call to senior personnel ,I waited for 20+ mins thrice for talking to the senior personnel but he didn’t pick up the phone.

n terms of relief am looking forward to get my refund back. In addition to that I should be entitled to some amount as a compensation for unnecessary harassment and mental stress. The company has been fooling its customers and earning money this way.
