Reliance Tele – Repetitive Balance deduction & non-refunded

On date 10.01.2014, around 6 pm, My main balance was Rs. 120.xx. But still whenever i tried to make a call, I was told that “You have Insufficient Balance, Kindly recharge your account at your earliest..” Then I checked my mobile balance and it was reduced to Rs. 70.xx! I called Reliance customer care (198), and was told that only Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account and will be refunded within 24hrs but in actual Rs. 50 was unreasonably deducted from my account. (needless to say: NOT A PENNY WAS RETURNED TO ME)! Now on 11.01.2014, 11.00 a.m, i again tried to make a call but heard the same message that i had insufficient balance. I quickly checked my balance and saw that i had Rs. 70.xx intact. Then I called the customer care again and was told that my earlier problem was resolved and i have been returned Rs. 30.00 BUT I HAVE NOT A PENNY! A CLEAN LIE! I was further shocked to hear that MY BALANCE WAS AGAIN DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY REASON, and reduced to Rs. 00.05 ! When i demanded for more information like on what grounds was my balance deducted etc., I was told that they cannot provide me any more details. I live away from my family and have been severely ill since yesterday and was unable to contact my family/friends here even in health emergency due to all this trouble caused to me by the telecom company. I am so much harassed by this company and seek justice through CORE. Kindly do the needful. I will be very grateful for your help.

I want my balance(Rs.120.00) refunded & any compensation for all the problems I had to face due to the company’s fault. Moreover I want RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS to learn a lesson that they cannot just keep stealing the COMMON MAN’S HARD EARNED MONEY! please do look into this and help me get justice.
