I have been complaining since I have ported my number in reliance communications my number 9999972xxx, I am bit amazed with the Reason reliance Network Engineer has after he accepted that they cannot resolve the network related issues I am facing and at other end multiple Customer care agents are keep on calling and forcing me to pay the bill by saying that handover the number if you are not happy with services very rudely after I refused to pay the bill until I am not getting resolution of my problem although they are accepting that they have network issues. When I explained them that just to make one call or conversation I always need to make multiple calls with multiple call drop which is also contributing in my bill and I requested all the agent to align one agent or a senior whom I can talk with on the same as I am pissed of explaining to every different agent where no one is taking no one taking service quality seriously and they only concerned about bill that I am not going to pay until I am having fair service, Below are the complaints I am able to track and out of 3 listing at there the resent 2 were closed with contacting me.
1st of all i don’t want to continue their services, After always having very poor & unclear voice quality with lot of disconnection and poor network I am libel to pay the complete bill AND Reliance services has nothing accept regret which is not acceptable, I believe they have to pay for their poor services and I am looking forward for concession or compensation on my bill.
