Reliance Tele – timely payments outgoing got barred

We have a connection with reliance bearing number 9313833xxx, its in the name of my father Mr Suresh Chand Arora (I’m writing this email on his behalf as he being a senior citizen,is not internet savvy ,as customer care executive could not give a resolution). This number is in use since years but all of a sudden 3 days ago the outgoing got barred despite timely payments. After calling customer care and having a talk with Mr Vishal (supervisor),they told us there is a due payment on our address for a connection taken in year 2008 with number 9350530916 which was in the name of Mr Rajesh Arora who stays on the ground floor and we being on second floor.Even our bill says TOP FLOOR Now this number is in use by some Amit Gupta. This has come as a shock to us as we have absolute NOTHING to do with Mr Rajesh Arora which is a different Arora family,however our connection which we have been using for years has been disconnected despite timely payments.We use our phone for important business and suddenly it has disconnected for no fault of ours. If someone else has not paid the bill living in the same building,its not our fault,connections must be given after due credit check to individuals as in one building there are different families living on different floors. Its like someone in the building has not paid their electricity bill and our electricity has been cut off!!! We have filed various complaints, also submitted adress proofs, but it seems has been going on deaf ears,ironically customer care is supposed to be for our help but for everything they send us to reliance webworld and my parents being senior citizens are going there since 3 days even though the staff is v polite ,they seem helpless as we are still without outgoing on our phone.

Kindly start the services ASAP
