This is to bring to your notice that we poor prepaid customers are li. We are a civilised society . How can a telecom co adopt such malpractice. Instead of charging fraudulently co should start begging we will wilfully supporting on the mercy of the telcom operator. When ever there is sufficient prepaid balance some VAS automatically gets activated and charges gets deducted . My mobile no is 9316623554 .Without my request i received an sms on 12.11.13 at 11.45 am Amount charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid S Rs 30 , current balance 184.68, from RM-Reliance. I immediately replied to deactivate. On 12 nov 13 They replied and reversed rs 31 in my account. This was not the first time . It has happened so many times. . Few insects are- Amount charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs5 date 18- 12-13 @ 5.34 pm Today also we received an sms reg vas deduction of rs 5 and rs1. I have all the sms records and mails regarding the same. How can we poor pre paid customer track such deduction on daily basis. Above all how they are allowed to cheat .

Company should be punished and penalized judicially.
