DWML14049262 I need the following information with regard to my Prepaid Account with Mobile No. 9999109xxx: from Mr. Parbinder Gulwani / Any other Official at Reliance Communications Chairman’s Office 1. Number and Denomination of all Recharges done by me for Mobile Number 9999109xxx. 2. Number of VAS activated for my Mobile and the amount deducted for these VAS services for Mobile Number 9999109xxx. 3. Number of Complaints made by me to Reliance Communication for Fraudulent deductions from MY Prepaid Account and the subsequent resolution provided by Reliance Communication for Mobile Number 9999109xxx. 4.If there are any charges to be paid by me for obtaining the above information, please let me know how to pay the same, I will pay that. Please note that all Recharges were done through either Credit Card or transfer from Bank Account.

Numerous times my mobile balance has vanished from my account after activating data packs….Reliance sometimes refunds the balance but mostly do not honor the request because they do not maintain this critical data.
