I have a reliance mobile service and that is been used for a quite a long period of time and for the past 6 months they have been charging me for the caller tune which was done automatically and I also tired to cancel the VAS service 2-3 times but it get activated again for which i had to pay Rs. 30/- every month and hence i took out the sim card and kept it off for the past 2-3 months and yesterday i put it in the phone and recharged an amount of Rs. 20/- and started using it. Today i got an message telling that the VAS is been activated and Rs. 15/- is been deducted from my account and i called Customer care to get my money back which is been charged wrongly but the executives denied my complain and put me on hold, and they also said that the service was been activated by me via a message which was told last time when i complained as well.
I want a relief of Rs. 120/- in total as the total amount of Rs. 90/- for wrong charges on the account and the rest amount for the waste of my time while calling the customer care and also paying for the calls made to them.
