Most beginly, I would like to bring some facts to your kind notice that I have been cheated by your sales representative. I hope in doing so we can deal with the issue quickly and amicably. Policy holder is illiterate and knows only Punjabi language. In August, 2012 one of company employee approached me and told me that Reliance company want to setup a network tower at my place and company will pay RS 30000 per month as rent. They people took 100000 RS from me as the security deposit and assure me that after one month company officials will visit and inspect the tower location. After some time your employee came to me and told that I have to deposit 75000 RS more to approve the tower location. Sometime later, I got documents and I approached to that person. He told me that this is a security bond of RS 100000 and 75000 Rs, this will be refunded when the network tower setup done at my place. One month later he visited to me and told that company is not going to setup a network tower at my place that’s why company took the decision to refund my security deposit. He took original documents from me & after some days he started to avoid my phone calls then I showed photocopy of these documents to my son and he told that this is a life insurance policy. I visited your branch; there I came to know that these are 10 & 15 years term policies and I have to pay for 10 & 15 years into it. I did not sign any application form. He took only my documents and cheques signed by me. My Signatures are forged and documents given by me are also tempered. They people filled wrong contact number in form so that you can never ever contact me. This was a planned fraud done by your agent. As I do not know English language; they people took the advantage of it and misguided, cheated me. There may be misrepresentation in material facts in application form. I am retired from Punjab government and through my pension; I am running my home expenses. This is a sheer breach of trust and these policy documents are invalid because my signatures and documents are forged.
