I applied for porting my mobile number from Reliance Tel comm to Idea Cellular on 10 Dec 14 at Raj Electronics, Apna Bazar, Vasco. I submitted all the relevant documents as asked by the dealer along with photograph. I was told by the dealer that you will get network in this new sim after 7 days and then I can start using the services on idea network. It is pertinent to mention that this number has been very crucial to me because all the financial transactions are based on this number. the same was conveyed to the dealer at the of porting the services from reliance from idea network. The step by step difficulties faced are – 1. after 7 days my services were barred by the Reliance Telcomm and i received the intimation of the same one day prior. Accordingly I adjusted all my financial transactions for next two days keeping the safe margin. 2. I once again telephonic ally communicated with the dealer viz Raj electronics. who assured me the services by Idea will be resumed on 18 Dec 14. 3. Even when on 18 Dec the services by Idea in new SIM not started, I again communicated with Raj Electronics the same. I was told that there is some problem in submitting the documents by him and within a day the issue will be address. I asked the dealer if there z any requirement of re-submitting the documents I’ll do it as I cant afford to loose this number for a long time. I was again assured of resolving issue in a day time. 4. The issue continued for next 5-6 days with different excuses. Then I approached my idea shop located at Calangute, Goa. I was told there that I had been given a wrong SIM by the dealer and to resume services i was once again given a new SIM at the cost of Rs 25/- and also I submitted documents as asked by the representative at My Idea shop and I submitted the same. then I was told that within 2 hrs your services will commence. i made three trips that day to that My Idea shop and finally by evening after approx 7 hrs of chasing the issue with them my services resumed. I was assured everytime that you will not face anymore problem with the connection. 5. Now after 5 days, I get a sms from idea saying I have not submitted the documents and submit the documents otherwise the services will be barred. I once again approached to Raj electronics at Vasco and he assured me that there will not be any problem with the services. when I got the sms once again, i telecommunication the same to Raj Electronics once again, and submitted documents once again to avoid further inconvenience. I specifically mentioned to the dealer that I had gone through enough loss due to non-availability of this number earlier and none of my fault. I requested him that please take necessary steps to avoid any more barring of services. 6. Finally the services were once again barred on 31 Dec 14. Now again when I approached Raj Electronics and told the issue, I was told that 01 Jan being holiday nothing can be done and issue will be resolved by 1030 on 02 Jan 15.

1. Resumption of the services at the earliest 2. Compensation of rs 100000/-(rupees One Lakh only) for all the mental harassment i have gone for the entire period.
