Dear Sir, My name is Dharmendra Kumar ,subscriber Id is 26841443744.From 27 May 2013,my net was not working,i have sent 10 mail to resolve issue in between 27 may to 19 June,but it was unresolved.they said technical fault but it was LAN Cable broken,building,next to my home.then they asked me to pay bill of full month service. i sent two mails to revise Bill.after that i sent 3-5 mail for termination.but they are neither proceed for cancellation nor for revised bill. Request you take needful action against this company.

i am very much disappointed about this company.

i want to pay nothing for last month service,want security money return back to me,want to claim for Rs 30,000 as mental harassment,for ignoring my requests for resolving solution,ignoring my request for revising bill,and making delay for cancellation.
