I purchased Duster car from parpar ganj, Delhi Branch on 17th july,2013. When I was booking the car I was told that cost of 0 % insurance would be Rs. 38810/- so I paid this amount to your branch. But after paying the whole money and after taking the delivery of the car , when I got the covering letter from the insurance company, I came to know that actual amount spent for insurance is Rs.22091/-.

I want the refund of difference(i.e, Rs. 16791/-) with interest of 24%.
