Hi, This is Khailesh Doshi who purchased the Panasonic TV on 2/11/15 . I filed a complaint on 9th October, visited and met Jay Choudhary ,Area Manager and Calcutta dealer – Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd 63/3B Sarat bose road opp petrol pump Calcutta 25. I have been told the machine will be fixed or replaced since last couple of days. I have been mailing Panasonic Helpdesk as well which has been a pointless effort rather frustrating.
