Initial Complain Date: 30/04/2014 Replacement of compressor after all checks performed by Tech was done on: 03 May 2014 as promised. Was given an assurance that the issue will be fixed. After 3days of use, same problem as occurred! Contacted Service Center immediately on7th May, Was told tech will pay a visit; Did wait. “No one came”. Called service center again Spoke to supervisor Rajesh; Got told again, Will get a visit next day i.e. 10th May. Service Engineer Sajid payed a visit and checked and went back and said the initial engineer who replaced the compressor will visit and fix the problem. Waited again. Another day passed no one came. Called Service Center again…Spoke to Rajesh Supervisor Said “we were able to discuss the issue and will need to run a check to find the problem and send someone again”. Now the day is 16th May and I am just Sitting home with a Non Working AC and with no Help or Clue what to do next.. I have spent my time and money in total of the same amount over the entire year I could and bought a new air conditioner…! Samsung Service is so horrifying i just can’t believe and i used to recommend Samsung to all my people around and its a slap on my face
I want my Problem to be fixed, Or Device to be replaced.
