Even after the expiry of my Insurance license (grace period by 2013), I was not received NOC and removal my name from IRDA portal by the Birla Sun Life Insurance. I had applied for NOC on 13th Aug 2014 and ask them to remove my name from portal but they had lost my copy which I issued. Again on 11th September 2014 issued another copy for the same and One week later Mr Thomas from Birla Sun Life Insurance, Mylapore branch called me and said like my copy was signed and sent to the higher authority end.But yet i did not receive any confirmation on this from Brila Sun Life insurance, Mylapore Branch.

Due to this I’m not able to continue my business with other company’s (Life Insurance & GIC Insurance).
I request IRDA to look into this asap and do the needful.
