Sir, My name is Amit R. Pandey (27 Years) form Rabale Navi Mumbai. i had taken admission in HCL-CDC for HCE course in Thane branch in 2008(HCL-CDC- Cosmos Vijay, 5th, 6th, 7th Floor, Above Variety Stationary, Opp- PNB Bank station road, Thane West). Admission Registration ID is 800192964/517AMI. Thane branch incharge was Haseena Madam. Total fees amt was RS 58000. When i took admission i paid 20000 and rest i was suppose to pay in installments. After few days due to Family financial problem, i told to cancel my admission and return money but they ssaid that if I will cancel admission, no amount will be return to me. Then for few days i stoped to attain the class. They informed me if i will not pay remaining amount then i wont be able to sit in class.

After few days i borrowed some money and paid them and started attainding class again. after that i paid total around 48000 in installment. But after paying 48000 i did not get a single certificate from HCL-CDC. My family member were telling me that get money back from them but institute was not ready to return a single amount. I was asking them to cancel the admission return fee every time they used to tell that i will ask to NOIDA Head Office because all your fee and paper have been sent to HCL-CDC H.O. Noida. After few months when i visited to Thane HCL-CDC, it was lock. I asked to security, he said Institute is closed… Since then i am helpless i did not know to whom i should lodge complaint.. Please help me i have all the expectation from you for justice. I want my money return to me.
