Dear Sir, a) This is all about above subjected matters, being a valuable customer I very disappointed to receive the Car from your part (Riddhi Ford) which I have booked “Ford Fiesta Style Diesel” Car of on road cost 8.45 lac to get the delivery of car on “DHANTERAS” (01 Nov’ 13). For which 1.45 lac have to be paid by me and balance 7.00 lac through in house arranged loan from State Bank of India. b) On Dated- 29 Oct’ 2013, at the time of booking and until the delivery of car the commitments are made by Mr. Vikash & Mr, Nikhil. c) On 29th Oct 2013, Riddhi Ford committed to deliver the Fiesta Style 2013 Model Diesel car on Deewali (3rd Dec- 13) instead of Dhanteras (1st Dec-13) saying that car is in transit (In the way) from Chennai plant, and due to Delhi Assembly Election car cannot be delivered with the temporary No. hence, instead of Dhanteras car will be delivered on Diwali. However, getting registration is not a big task to Riddhi Ford. d) I was intimated by Mr. Vikash (sales executive) on 9th Nov-2013, that your car has been registered with registration No. DL-3CCC- 2089 and ready to take the delivery. e) On 10th Nov’ 2013 on Sunday with the worship of God & Car Pooja and having deep faith over Riddhi Ford I have take the delivery of car in the morning at 10 AM. And assured that the RTO No. Plate shall be delivered within next week. A) Fake & Fraud a.i.1. At the booking of car on Dated 29.10.2013 Riddhi Ford assured me that getting registration is only two hour work for Riddhi Ford because so many vehicle is being registered through Riddhi Ford every week, hence it’s only a two hour work for us. However, on account of getting registration Riddhi ford takes about a week after Diwali. a.i.2. The Registration No. DL-3CCC-2089, given at the time of delivery was totally Fake & Fraud. However, because the delivered Car Fiesta Style was registered after delivery on 18 Nov-2013 with registration No. -and not before the delivery of car i.e 10 Nov-2013. Hence, all commitment made by Riddhi ford was fake & Fraud. However, the car was running on the road with the given fake registration No. DL-3CCC-2089 for more than a fort night (About 20 days). a.i.3. The registration No. series given at the time of delivery was DL-3CCC. However, The series of the registration No. given after delivery is totally different and i.e DL-12CG a.i.4. The officials of Riddhi Ford were well known about the Fake registration no. but nobody from Riddhi Ford intimate me about that registration no. In such circumstances, any un-even incident happened with the owner of car would not only become trouble to the owner but also spoil the service & career of the individual. a.i.5. The incident was came to the notice of individual only when I follow-up for the No. plate until then there was some issues of cheating with the customer which are explained below. B) Cheating: 1.
