I have Ro water purifier under Amc contract i have longed complaint comp.no.526131745 dt.16.12.13 till date not rectified they are smiling saying they don’t have spares in his stock.when i call they say give us on day/2 day time from last 17 days in may house don’t have drinking water i am spending daily for Rs.200 for purchasing water from last 17 days even they are unable to provide standby machine.

i want my ro should be rectified immediately if not possible give me brand new machine immediately give me compensation harassment Rs.20000/-
