I was sold a insurance policy by agent Gokul Kumar Royal Sundaram for my vehicle KA03MD8684. Agent offered no claim bonus (NCB) as there was no claim against previous year policy. After 2 months from the purchase I am receiving repeated calls and emails that I dont pay additional amount of 731, my policy would be cancled. Emails from the Royal Sundaram falsely assert that I have had claim against my last year policy. I challenged Royal Sundaram to furnish documentry proof that an accident claim has been made against the last year policy. Royal Sundaram Policy No – VPN0025038000100 Last year Policy from Bajaj Alianz – OG-14-9906-1801-00024151 Royal Sundaram claims that I claimed accident benefit against bajaj allianz policy. Whereas I have not claimed any damages against policy from bajaj allianz or any other policy in the year 2013-2014.

I want my insurance policy to be restored along with compensation from Royal Sundaram for harassing its willful customers.
