I Have booked a total of my Five items (household items including one Bike) from Srinagar on 08 Aug 13 (date on bill). Items are supposed to be delivered in Jind (my hometown) in approx five to six days.. Whereas the items are not delivered till date (21 Aug 13) Many times I spoken to the customer care of safexpress, And I was given wrong information each time….

My courier charges may be reimbursed as the I m not happy with service offered to me…
