had booked my items from New Delhi to Chennai on 11th Dec 2013 vide Consignment note no. 13158 dated 11th Dec 12 worth Rs 23359. One Mr. Rajesh of Delhi office was the contact person all the time. I was assured at the time of booking that item will reach in 7 days but it took 11 days to reach Chennai. All the time I was kept in dark by Mr. Rajesh.

For those many days I had to stay in hotel which was an extra expenditure for me. The nightmare did not end here. When my items reached destination it was all in shabby condition. 8 of the 12 items were badly damaged including steel boxes, cooler, motorcycle, fridge, sewing machine, wooden table and kitchen items. The laborer who have come to offload the items had seen the condition who made anote to report to their office. I reported the same to their Chennai and Mr. Rajesh at Delhi. Mr Rajesh assured me that he will be the contact person and I need not to speak anywhere regarding the claim settlement. Every time I only used to call him to get the progress of my damage claim, not a single call came from the company or Mr Rajesh. This kept happening for one month then on 21st Jan when I spoke to him he misbehaved and there is no claim as such and no damage change will be paid. Only 200 will be paid in exchange of broken items. He was drunk or might be playing foul. I really felt bluffed and cheated. When I emailed my case with all documents nothing came in reply.

Items damage list has already been provided in the case above which amounts to 10000 and late delivery inconvenience to 3000.
