My name is Rohit Agrawal I made a payment for my friend sail apllication for the post of management trainee (website – www.sail.shine.com ) using my bob account,my friend’s name is Vishal Singh His sail registration number is 501653004 his email id- vishalsingh6475@gmail.com To complete the Application for the post of management trainee(electronics),I chose online payment I made Payment for the first time on 02/04/13 through debit card. Details: Card holder name – ROHIT AGARWAL CARD NUMBER – 4029850283942875 BOB ACCOUNT NUMBER- 00640100011758 But,Due to technical problems,The amount of Rs 515 was deducted from the account while the Online payment failed. As written in the website “* There has been instances where amount got deducted from the account but online transaction has failed. In such cases applicants are requested to make payment again by any mode (online or offline). The amount in transaction failure cases will automatically be credited back to their A/c after reconciliation. ” I did the payment through online banking on 03/04/13 and was successful Now,I request you to kindly check and refund my first failed transaction amount of rs 515 to the above account as soon as possible.Till now I complained many times to them but,no result yet I have not received the refund of failed transaction as of yet Thanking you, Rohit Agrawal
