I have started working in the company from 25th January 2010 onwards in the month of March I was about to get my salary but the company said that they have put in hold my salary for some days due to my absence for 4 days in the month they told me that I will be getting my salary within 15th of the month but since my exam started I have to take a leave for some days between that days I have asked several times to our HR to give me my salry but she always ignored it and started giving me excuses of my leave since from the month of March I kept on asking her for my salary of one and half month but she doesnt paid any attention to that at last she asked me to rejoin the office again and told me that I will be getting my salary after my joining but when I agreed to her suggestion she suddenly turned aginst my joining and now she is not at all willing to pay me my salary.
