Samsung 570 liter fridge – sensor of the fridge failed non availability of part

dr Sujay Sidhan had purchased a Samsung 570 liter fridge (model no: ss20wg2/xtl serial n; 719943cy100123b) from cochin on26/09/2005. The fridge was working quiet fine for a couple of years, then on the it was having problems on and off, around half a dozen times the sensor of the fridge failed, in majority of the times we had to wait for 7 to 10 days to get it fixed as the spare has to come from distance. The last time was around 7 months back (2/3/2013) but since then on the freezer side o f the fridge was not working properly ( the team: will not get fixed at -18 or-20 , it used to come to about +2 o +3). I was complaining to the customer care repeatedly , some of the technicians will come down and check and go , no one could fix the issue, the last time as on13/11/2013 both the sides of the fridge stopped working and they took the fridge to the service center and replaced the cooling coil and other things , but the problem still exists about the freezer side , so it was taken back to the service centre last week , now they say that the PCB is defective( part code-DA41-00061B) is no more available with Samsung , and they are helpless. Now being a customer what should I do about this? It is the liability of the company to make available the part ,after spending so much on a fridge I am cheated, please be kind enough to look into the matter and take appropriate step to help[ me out of this issue, thanking you dr Sujay I am attaching few of the claim no:414755063,4030246678,4012519756,4026451082
