I bought an AC (Tax Invoice name- Namita Middey) on 12th April, 2014. When the indoor unit was opened by the installation person, it was found that one corner of the indoor unit is broken. I didn’t do the installation and raise a complaint to the said dealer (over phone). The next day one visited our house and identified the broken unit. I’ve asked that we need to change the unit. Still then dealer didn’t changed the unit.
The AC was bought for my mother-in-law. She is suffering high pressure, sugar, rash in foot and other critical illness. Due to recent high temperature (40 degree C) she become very week and rash in foot has increased and need immediate medical attention.
