Samsung – charging problem in tab poor service

I purchased a tablet on 9th April 2014 . Since the second day I am experiencing problems with charging it.I went to the service centre (above mentioned)thrice, they were unable to solve my problem and were uncooperative. Please help.

Please help me as I want the company to replace the set since they are not able to solve the problem in 3 attempts too.
