My phone got damaged i submited it to Samsung service Centre they repaired it two times still problem going on, i also talked with Customer support and Escalation Desk for the complain No.: 8456216741, even they dont solving the Problem and its before along time. i got frustration for the same reason. as i m a girl it also a mental harashment for me, so i thought to take ur help. they are not ready to replace the phone.

My Phone is Samsung S Dous model GT-S7562. I brought it before 4 months and after a couple of days it got damaged and i was not able switch on the phone then i went to Samsung service center they told me to change the mother board and that after they changed it but the same problem going on they are not listening to me by showing unbehavioral attitude. Phone cost is 11,900 rupees.

need a replace or money back coz i cant believe more on that brand and answer for the mental mbarrasement as a girl.
