Dear Sir/Madam, My customer care reference number is – 8458493465. After preliminary talks with Prabhat from the customer care department and the horrendous after sales services offered to me by their so called authorized customer care center , it has left behind a very bad after taste in my overall experience with the company. It all started on the 10th of October, 2013 post I bought two phones from Flipkart (the bills are attached here with) the battery started getting drained and kept auto restarting. The battery started swelling up. So on 16th October, 2013 I went to the the authorized service center (service order request page attached here with). After making me wait for 2 and a half hours, they told me since its Eid they do not have technicians to redress my grievance. After requesting them that I had waited close to 2.5 hrs they took my phone and said they will update the software for which they will have to format the phone, for which I was fine with. The next day all the features of my S4 ceased to work, I went again to the same service center and they kept the phone with themselves.. Its been more than a week I have been trying to call them and follow up for the updates yet I have been apprised of nothing. Now in the mean time my second S4 has started facing the same problem of battery getting drained, I have been charging my phone 4 times in a day. After spending close to Rs 85000/- for two phones I have started to feel cheated. I would request you to kindly intervene, as I no longer trust their company nor would I ever recommend their products to anyone. Especially when I have been given such a treatment not once, not twice but four times in less than a week. I would want a replacement of both the phones or a compensation of the trouble I have taken to go to their service center, following up with the customer care via emails. And still have no proper update or a definite reply/course of action the company recommends. Not only, the time I have lost on going to service center waiting for 2 and a half hours with getting badly treated from their personnel.
