D.O of handset Sir i have purchased a new handset Samsung omnia of Rs.9500 on 24th june and due not functioning properly I have sbmitted to service centre naming shiv enterprises,sanjay palace,Agra(u.p).on 29th of june.and due to not sort out of my problem service centre manager naming Mr.Alok Agarwal have said that your D.O will be made so that you can exchange it from dealer.all my bill,handset,box,charger,earphones.have been submitted by the service centre and they now refused to give D.O of that handset.after that we have complained about it to head officeof samsung they also said yes than after 7-8days they had also refused to give us D.O. sir they have opened my new handset and without sorting out my problem they are returning it to me after that they had now made my handset dead..now i want D.O of my handset and no action is taken by the company..from date 29th of june my handset is with service centre…I request you to please help me and hear my case i will be thankful to you… Aryan jain Mob:-+917520140717 Agra(u.p)
