Samsung Galaxy Mobile – NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICE

My Samsung galaxy Y handset is faulty which i bought in 9/8/2012 from QRS Pathanamthitta , Kerala . It goes off in one hour and the only way to start it is by removing the battery and putting it back again. i have given it to the nearby Samsung service center Pathanamthitta (Phone : 09400313113) 5 times already and they are not repairing it. when i ask for replacement they just take the phone and format it and give it back in working condition but the problem persists.they said they have even changed the motherboard but we are not sure they have done anything. Due to this irresponsible and casual behavior i have used my phone only for a few days hardly in a span of one month and rest of the time its with them.Every time they format it so all my data is lost and i have to take leaves and go there which has hindered my job and valuable time has been lost.
