The Audio Jack is not working Properly with any home theater or any woofer. Firstly Samsung person have told me that it will be compatible with Samsung Home Theater but when it is not working with Samsung Home Theater also than they are telling like this that we are not providing third accessories support.yet Third one Product is also belong From Samsung Only.

There is No any Physical damage in the product. Yet it is too Costly product for me price 17500, Still the Audio Jack is not working Properly. Firstly when i have submit this product at Marathalli Service Center. They have put the product for 5 days & did’t do any thing & told that your product is OK. after that i have submit it at Infantry Road service center. they told that motherboard is faulty. Still it is not working properly. After that they have checked many phones & every phone having the Same issue.his quality person have already came here at my room. he take the video for this but still nothing happen after yet.Sir my humble request to you that Please take an action on this.

Sir i just want that if they can resolve the issue than i dont have any problem otherwise return the product. i have purchased it on 9th of January 2014. first time i have visited Service Center on 22nd of January. after that i have gone there three times.Sir i am attaching two web pages for reference. Print Screen button is not working in my laptop. thats why i am sending you two web pages. you will get all the contact numbers of every one persons. My humble request to you that please take an action.
