I bought a Samsung LED Monitor on 24/03/2013 along with Desktop Computer and it has three year warranty.Now black cloudy patches and unwanted lines came on the screen of my monitor.I call Samsung Authorized Service Centre Ma Service in Barrackpore.They sent one Engineer to my house who inspect the defect,took photographs and xerox copies of my bills and after one day they informed that this can not be repair within warranty.They told this can not be done free of Cost so I have to pay the repairing cost.My product is under warranty then why should I pay for that? I just wanted a free repair of my product as it is under warranty but as they denied and harassed me a lot, so I want a replacement of my Monitor with a new same model.
