Samsung LED TV Incorrect Product Delivered, No Demo

SUBJECT:SAMSUNG COMPLAINT NOS:8469376088 – LED TV 40″ This to inform you on the concerns what I have experienced using SAMSUNG products. Below is the gist of sequences for your understanding and appropriate action. I have purchased SAMSUNG LED TV not even a month back and the after sale service what I had experienced is extremely ridicules. 1) On 19th Oct 2014 I had purchased SAMSUNG LED TV 40? & a WASHING MACHINE from thier authorized dealer MANAAL ELECTRONICS. 2) On the very next day I got the delivery of both the products. Later it was realized by the dealer that the TV which was delivered was of 32? and not a 40?. 3) The very next day I had got a call from Manaal Electronics that it was wrongly delivered to my place and the same was replaced with a 40? LED TV on 21st Oct 2014. 4) After 2 to 3 continues follow up call?s from my end to Samsung the TV installation person had visited my residence on Saturday 25th Oct 2014. 5) Now here was the major mess happened. When this person had come he had come at 6.00 pm and was in a very big hurry. He checked with me on the wall mounting required heights and wall mounted the LED TV. He gave me the demo of remote of the TV. And finally he left. 6) After this person left I realized that he has not connected my DVD with LED TV. Nor he informed me that the DVD is not yet connected to TV. Nor he had informed the DO?s & DONT?s on how to connect or change connections of the cables behind the TV while it is mounted on the wall. 7) So now when I picked the cables of the DVD to connect it to the LED TV. I realized that the wall mounting done by your person is in such a way that not even 2 fingers of an average person can be put behind the TV between the WALL MOUNTING PANEL and the LED TV to connect this DVD cable. I tried all possible ways to connect the DVD cables to the LED TV while it was wall mounted but got no success. And finally I had to get the LED TV out of the wall mounting panel and then change the cables. So now while doing this when I pulled the LED TV out of the wall mounted panel one of the yellow CABLE of the SETTOP BOX which was already connected to the TV was broken and got stuck in yellow slot. 8) When I had addressed this complaint for the FIRST TIME to your customer service number @ 18002668282 on 2nd Nov 2014. I got the complaint ref nos : 8469376088. I had asked the representative to send your engineer on the coming Saturday 8th Nov 2014 to visit my residence and resolve the issue in my presence. 9) But your engineer had visited my residence during the week day when I was not at home. Then after checking the unit he gave us a quote for repairing of INR 3200/-. And again this person also left from my residence without giving any information on what needs to be done next. When this ENGINEER had left after that I never got any follow up call from SAMSUNG office. Nor I was knowing what is happening with the complaint what I have raised. Also note that we

1) Incorrect delivery of Product. Initially purchased 40? LED TV and was delivered 32? LED TV. 2) Delayed Installation Process where customer require to do follow-up call?s for Installation. 3) Non-satisfactory Installation process and non-satisfactory demo. If the Installation guy would have told me the DO?S and DON?T?S I would have immediately asked the person the take back your TV which is having such a poor WALL MOUNTING DESIGN. 4) Customer Service Center not up to the Samsung Standards. Every time the customer call?s he need to explain the entire story. This is an extremely frustrating experience I have ever got among all the help desk?s of any products and service I have come across. How can a company close the customer?s complaint without even knowing whether the problem of the customer is resolved or not. 5) A VERY POOR WALL MOUNTING DESIGN. And the worst part of this is not willing to accept this fact. 6) Holding the customer?s responsible for your poor designing. And asking the customer to pay for it. 7) Cost of repairing is not standard. It keeps changing on a weekly basis depending on the mood of the engineer. Today if he say INR 3200 /- then tomorrow he can say INR 4200 /- and again day after tomrow it might again go up to INR 5200 / -.
