Hi Team, This is with reference to my complain number registered with Samsung : 8449739420 regarding my Samsung LED TV 55 inches. Firstly I would like to tell various problems that we are facing with this product. Please find details for the same 1) Their is a white dot in the screen display panel which is impacting screen display. 2) Their are many issue related to the sound of the TV, many a times sound breaks down like anything. (In laymen’s language I would say that many a times sound comes like a Rs 200 radio of 1990’s) 3) Many instances where remote doesn’t work properly. Owing to above issue we have registered a complain with samsung’s concerned department. Please see the kind of response we have received from samsung service center: After the complaint was registered after 3-4 days a person from samsung service center visited our residence, he took few photographs as a proof to justify that its a genuine problem. He even admitted that its clear case where-inn the product should get replaced by company. After few days this service person started saying, talk to this person and that person, he started giving various mobile numbers of other individual to talk to them. we followed him religiously. This story went on for few days and at the end they did nothing. We are completely fade-up with the services provided till now. We are hopeful that after reading this complain you will resolve our problem, a simple expectation after having so much problems in product is that we want to get this product replaced. The product is very costly that is about Rs1,75,000 Consequence is that even after purchasing such a high end product we have received a very low quality product which we are bearing
