purchased my new SAMSUNG mobile on 30th 2013. Within few days my mobile is getting automatically switched off. I had submitted my mobile on 23rd July, 2013, to the Service center, every day I used to call to the service center for the status of my mobile. After so many follow-up I collected my mobile on 2nd August, 2013. After that My mobile hardly worked for 2-3 days, again the same problem, it was getting switched off automatically. Then I submitted my mobile to other SAMSUNG mobile service center on 6th August, 2013. This service center took 10 days to repair my mobile. I collected my mobile on 16th August, 2013. Now again I am facing the same problem (automatically switched off & FM was not working) with my mobile. Now the mobile is in service center. I really do not understand my new phone is getting this problem, I contacted my dealer if they can replace my mobile, they told me it will not happen. What is the use of purchasing new mobile, if it is getting problem every time. Please resolve my problem.
